The legacy of the way we live our lives is not the consequences we experience; our legacy is the impact we have on the next generation.  Whether our actions impact our children, our grandchildren, our nieces and nephews, or the child next door, it is the next generation that truly bears the legacy of our life choices.

How was I affected by the adults in my life as I was growing up?  How am I impacting the children and teenagers in my life today?  What will be the legacy of my life choices?
