“Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.” –proverb

Change is uncomfortable and sometimes downright scary.  Giving up our old way of experiencing life can feel like the end.  It is important to remind ourselves that change in life is a transition, not an end.  In recovery, these moments of change prepare us to fly.

Am I embracing change in my life?  What scares me about my own process of change?  What might my life look like when I can fly?
