Emotional healing involves turning over a lot of stones. What we find in the process is not always comfortable but it is important. When we start to work on ourselves, we never know what we will find. However, the most important piece of the healing process is the willingness to find whatever is there.
Am I willing to find whatever lies hidden in my experience? Am I willing to turn over the stones in order to heal?
