“Difficulties in your life do not come to destroy you, but to help you realize your hidden potential and power. Let difficulties know that you too are difficult.” –Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam
It is easy to feel overwhelmed by difficulties and put energy into avoiding them. However, difficulties are an opportunity to grow and learn. When we start to accept, and perhaps embrace, difficulties we grow and change in ways that are impossible as long as we continue to resist.
How has resisting difficulties hampered me? What growth and changes have I received from experiencing difficulties? What gifts await me if I consistently accept and embrace difficulties?
