Thought for the Week

Worrying is like prayer for things you don’t want.
When we pray, we hold a desire in our mind and heart and often find our prayers are answered, sometimes directly and sometimes indirectly. When we worry, we hold a fear in our mind and heart and that fear, unfortunately, often manifests itself in our life, sometimes directly and sometimes indirectly. We are better off focusing on the desire than the worry.
Am I worrying? What is the counter-balance to my worry? What is the desire?
