Admit What is Not Working
The only things that we can fix are the things that we recognize as being problems. When we pretend that something is working just fine, when in actuality it is creating problems in our life, we don’t see it, we can’t fix it, and we keep the same problematic pattern going in our life. However, if we bravely look at the reality and acknowledge that something is not working, whether that is a behavior, a belief, or a relationship, we create the possibility for change.
Am I living in reality or fantasy? Are there behaviors, beliefs, or relationships that are not working? What change is possible if I acknowledge this reality?
