Achieving a goal comes with effort and persistence, which require that we overcome our insecurities and fears.  While it is easy to celebrate the reaching of a goal, it is important to also celebrate the very personal work of overcoming ourselves that allows us to reach the goal.

What insecurities and fears get in my way?  What would “conquering” myself look like?  Who is in my life to support me in this process?
