Find Comfort in Discomfort
Discomfort motivates us towards healing, growth, and awareness. It encourages us to learn, adapt, and become more than who we are currently. If we eliminate discomfort from our lives, we become stagnant. If we become comfortable with discomfort, we allow ourselves to receive the gift of discomfort, which is motivation.
What is my discomfort encouraging me to change in my life? Have I embraced this motivation or have I avoided it for the safety of comfort? What awaits me if I find comfort in discomfort and open myself to the motivation it holds for me?
