Harmony is Living Your Values

Shame and guilt are emotions that help us to identify our values; we feel shame and guilt when we act outside of our value system.  When our actions match our values, we experience harmony with ourselves.

Am I living and acting in harmony with my values?  What are my emotions telling me about my values and my actions?
