Thought for the Week

There are people who care about you deeply.
When we are going through a difficult or painful time, we often feel alone. However, this is only an illusion. We are never truly alone. There are always people who care about us deeply. Whether they are family, friends, neighbors, or members of our support community, they are always there. If we are feeling alone, it is because we are not reaching out to those who care deeply about us.
Do I feel alone? When I step outside of my self-imposed isolation, who cares deeply about me? What might change if I reached out to others?
